FEEDBACK: I've had a hard time swallowing vitamins or any pill actually, so when I saw these, I thought I had to try them and see. I am so glad. I can swallow 3 or 6 at a time. Since I'm an adult, I need to take 9 altogether, so I find it so easy to do. Since they are food based, I don't worry that I'm not eating the right things with it. I know my body is using it all. I find that many of the MegaFood items are small enough for me to swallow as well. But these are the best multi for me. My kids like them now - they feel they are passed the chewie stage. I'm glad I can give them the best that nature provides.
