For those who like blues, this is a treasure. The darkest shade is not a true navy blue. It has a touch of gray in it. The middle blue is lighter and has a touch of gray in it. Then there is the light shade. It's almost like a powder blue. They are matte. Use as shadows as a total look. Dark blue could double as a liner.
