Boutique Hours: Monday thru Friday we open at 10am to the public. Monday, Wednesday and Friday we close at 5pm. Tuesday and Thrusday we close at 4pm EST. The first Saturday of the month we are closed, however the remaining are open from 10am to 4pm EST. Consultations are available by appointment. It does get busy, so if you get our voice mail, please leave your order or question so we can contact you back. We also suggest using email as our time will become more limited as we are actively serving customers. Thank you.

We will be happy to call you back at your number after. We are trying to reduce our bills so we can keep our costs down for you.
Please see boutique hours for extended end of year hours. We stop answering or returning calls at 4pm EST daily in order to settle the days activities by 5pm. Customer Service Desk Hours:
We take orders at our Salem Office on M, W, F from 10am to 4pm, Tuesdays 10am to 4pm EST. Saturday from 1pm-4pm EST when open. Please note the first Saturday of the month we are closed. We are closed Sunday. Email Correspondence is answered 5 days a week. See our Information pages before calling. Your answers may be listed there, and it will help us keep our lines open better for those who do not have access to internet ordering. Those who want estimates of orders should use our shopping cart to do that. We are to busy to do estimates at this time. Those who want to pay by cash or money order, or even call their cc in, should use our shopping cart and follow the process thru to payment, then select calling credit card in, money order or check. This provides you with your invoice and one for us as well. When payment is sent and we receive it, we will find the invoice to match and send it along to you. Thank you.
